The visionary dining space, expertly designed by award-winning architect Tristan Du Plessis, boasts a groovy vibe, trendy music, and a show kitchen for live cooking, creating an atmosphere that seamlessly marries European elegance with elements inspired by Asian culture and philosophy.

Blending traditional flavours of Korea, Japan, and China with modern European techniques, Alba’s culinary offerings are set to reflect long-lasting cultural exchange between East and West. This culinary journey is guided by renowned Brand chef Vladimir Chistyakov and chef Minho Ted Shin. Signature dishes will include Caviar and Uni, each served with crispy seaweed adding a delightful crunch to each bite. Beef Yuk-hwe, a luxurious blend of Uni, Truffle, and Caviar and Wagyu Maki served with delicious Foie Gras – a must-try for all.

At the heart of ALBA’s one of a kind bar concept, which brings together a rich tapestry of Asian ingredients, traditional brewing techniques, and the mystique of Asian wildlife. ALBA’s Sake Sanctuary will boast an extensive selection sourced from renowned breweries across Japan, from delicate Junmai Daiginjo to the Umami taste of Honjozo. Additionally, the venue unveils a secret authentic space featuring a special tea ceremony, adding a layer of cultural richness to the dining experience.

ALBA’s Cocktail Card is a tribute to the Asian mythical creatures and legends. Crafted with creativity and precision, guests can expect an incredible selection of one-of-a-kind cocktails and mocktails, featuring vibrant colours, exotic garnishes, and unexpected flavour combinations.

With a vision to transform the dining experience in Dubai, ALBA invites guests to indulge in the rich flavours of Asia this March, bringing to life the historic fusion of Eastern and Western cultures during the 19th century.
