Ascend Esports Launches Valorant Tournament to Empower Female Gamers in the UAE

Ascend Esports, Dubai’s newest esports hub, is launching two new community-focused initiatives this August to elevate and empower female gamers and creators across the UAE. The Valorant Female Tournament and the Streaming Crash Course are designed to provide aspiring talent with tools, confidence, and opportunity all within a safe, professional, and inclusive environment.

The Valorant Female Tournament is open to all casual and semi-competitive female players looking to test their skills, connect with like-minded gamers, and level up their game. Designed as a welcoming space for growth, the tournament offers every registered player a free coaching session and rewards the top 10 players with prizes including cash prizes, gaming hours, and access to Ascend’s academy sessions worth up to AED 40,000 in total.

Date: 22-23 August.

Meanwhile, the Streaming Crash Course is a bootcamp tailored for anyone interested in becoming a streamer or improving their current setup. For just AED 300, participants receive hands-on training, access to Ascend’s state-of-the-art streaming rooms and gear, and 10 redeemable streaming hours after the session to kickstart their channel.

Date: 12-13 September.

More than just competitions or workshops, both programs reflect Ascend Esports’ broader mission to act as an incubator for talent and build a safe, serious space for female gamers. The venue uses advanced monitoring software from Kidas to ensure zero tolerance for toxicity or misconduct, and differentiates itself from casual gaming cafés by offering structured learning, private streaming setups, and an in-house esports academy.

“We’re not just creating events, we’re building pathways to a sustainable gaming culture within the region”  Ashis Jami, Founder & CEO, Ascend Esports. “We are building a safe, supportive space where female gamers can learn, compete, and grow whether casually or with pro aspirations.”

For tournament players, coaching is included, registration is free, and rewards are extensive. Whereas for streamers, the bootcamp unlocks professional insights, gear access, and continued support from Ascend’s streaming facilities.

Both initiatives are open for registration now. Spots are limited. To register or learn more, visit ascendesport.com or DM Ascend Esports on Instagram @esports_ascend
