The Easter menu brings together a selection of starters, mains and desserts, with highlights including an asparagus salad with tomato confit, parmesan and fresh herbs, lamb shoulder confit with sweet spices and Middle Eastern fruits, and a caramel and vanilla floating island to finish. Served from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm, it moves seamlessly from afternoon into evening.
