Binghatti unveils Skyrise project near Pyramids of Giza
Second phase booking opens
In a historic event against the backdrop of the iconic Pyramids of Giza in Cairo, Dubai-based real estate developer Binghatti Developers launched the second phase of its groundbreaking project, Binghatti Skyrise.
The AED5 billion development in Dubai’s Business Bay was showcased during an unforgettable evening that combined modern luxury with Egypt’s ancient heritage.
The star-studded launch event, attended by over 2,500 guests, featured a mesmerising performance by Emirati music icon Hussain Al Jassmi. His hit songs, especially the beloved ‘Boushrat Kheir,’ ignited an electric atmosphere, with attendees dancing and singing along well into the night.
Among the high-profile guests were celebrities from Egypt’s entertainment, sports, and media sectors, including Nabila Ebeid, Ahmed Al Awadi, and Hala Sarhan, alongside former football stars Ahmed Hossam Mido and Ahmed Hasan.
The event also featured the national anthems of both Egypt and the UAE before a speech by Binghatti’s Chairman, Muhammad BinGhatti. In his address, BinGhatti stressed the company’s strong ties to Egypt, highlighting the country’s enormous potential for investment.
“Launching Binghatti Skyrise in Egypt, beneath the Pyramids, reflects our deep appreciation for the Egyptian market, which continues to be one of our top global investors,” said BinGhatti.
Binghatti Skyrise, consisting of 3,333 units, is designed to offer luxurious living spaces with expansive glass facades and panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline. The project’s location in Business Bay, near iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal, ensures it will become a prime destination for those seeking comfort and prestige.
The development is set to offer exceptional value with competitive prices, further solidifying Binghatti’s reputation as a leader in innovative, high-quality real estate solutions.
The choice of the Pyramids of Giza as the venue symbolised the connection between Egypt’s rich cultural heritage and Binghatti’s futuristic vision for real estate. The event celebrated the fusion of the past and the future, with Binghatti aiming to redefine luxury living on a global scale.
In response to strong demand from Egyptian investors, Binghatti Developers will host a five-day sales event at The Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski in New Cairo. A dedicated team will be available for on-site consultations, and Egyptian celebrities will make special appearances, providing a culturally immersive experience for local buyers.
