The dishes feature ingredients carefully-sourced from local farmers and producers within a 50-mile radius, reducing carbon footprint while creating a menu that’s fresh, sustainable, and full of flavor. Every dish balances freshness and indulgence, from the Smashed Falafel Bowl and Ceviche Mixto to the decadent Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Pot.
