The Director’s Club, the signature restaurant of The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, the world’s first Warner Bros.-themed hotel, has launched a revamped brunch offering to welcome the winter season.
Every Saturday, guests can enjoy live entertainment while being treated to premium cuts and the finest beverages. Upon arrival, diners will be greeted with a glass of bubbly, and once seated, will be served a selection of sharing-style appetisers, including The Director’s Club Signature Beef Tartare, Burrata, Chicken Croquettes, Prawns, and Oysters Rockefeller.
For mains, foodies have an exciting option of Chargrilled Tomahawk Steak carved tableside on a trolley. Diners can also choose from tasty dishes such as Josper-Grilled Hanger Steak, Chargrilled Peri-Peri Chicken, Sea Bass Ravigote, and Shepherd’s Pie. Vegetarians can tuck into a Josper-Grilled Cauliflower Steak.
The restaurant is also offering a special ‘Little Directors’ menu for children, including Wonton Mozzarella Rolls, Watermelon Feta Stick, and classic Popcorn Chicken. For mains, children can choose from the likes of a Grilled Mini Steak (The Little Butcher), Mini Sliders, Pasta, Tempura Fish Bites, or a Healthy Seared Sea bass.
Children have an array of delightful desserts to pick from such as a classic Banana Split, Caramel Profiteroles, Mini Eton Mess, or creamy Signature Milkshakes. Apart from the ‘Little Directors’ menu, adults also have a delectable array of choices to select from, such as a fluffy Tea Cheesecake, Opalys Earl Grey, Guanaja Chocolate Choux, and Rhubarb Elder Flower.
The Director’s Club is located on the ground level of The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton. The sophisticated meatery will serve brunch from 1pm to 4pm every Saturday, priced at AED 275 per person including soft beverages, AED 399 with house beverages, and AED 599 for the premium bubbly package, as well as AED 135 for children (above 06 years old).
