For the main course, select from traditional holiday favourites like roast turkey breast with cranberry sauce and turkey gravy, tender roast beef with beef gravy, or a flavourful roast salmon with dill sauce. Vegetarians can enjoy the Impossible meatloaf, while lamb lovers can relish the succulent lamb shank, all accompanied by roasted carrots, parsnips, beans, rosemary potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding.
