Priced at AED 250 per couple, the guided workshop is led by Dip Dash’s culinary team and offers a hands-on introduction to sushi making. Participants will learn to prepare two different vegetarian or vegan sushi rolls, starting with a fresh and creamy Avocado Sushi, followed by a crisp and flavourful Tempura Sushi. Both rolls are made using vibrant vegetables, bold fillings and perfectly seasoned sushi rice, highlighting Dip Dash’s clean, flavour forward approach to Pan Asian vegetarian cuisine.
The relaxed and social format encourages couples to roll, plate and enjoy their creations together, turning the workshop into a shared experience rather than a formal class. Adding a thoughtful takeaway element, each couple will also receive a sushi rolling mat and chopsticks, making it easy to recreate the experience at home and extending the celebration beyond Valentine’s Day itself.
