Drawing inspiration from time-honoured classics like Ranfañote and Suspiro Limeño, MiPerú is reinterpreted with contemporary touches. Purple Corn Chicha reduction, cotton candy, orange yuzu caviar, homemade dulce de leche, and port wine meringue come together in a bold composition of flavour and texture, designed to surprise, indulge, and evoke nostalgia.
