Dataiku to showcase ‘Everyday AI’ advantages at GITEX Global 2023

SaaS provider’s focus is on the newly updated Dataiku 12 platform

Dataiku, the New York-headquartered data science and machine-learning platform that empowers transformative business, is exhibiting at GITEX Global 2023 under the theme ‘Maximising Business Value with AI: Scaling Across the Organisation’.

At GITEX Global 2023, Dataiku is showcasing its latest AI-powered tools platform, which puts governance front and centre and integrates with OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Sid Bhatia, Regional Vice President and General Manager for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Dataiku, said: “Dataiku is the ‘Everyday AI company’. By empowering data and domain experts to work together to build AI into their daily operations, we enable everyone to add value, be extraordinary, and power their company as a competitive force.

‘Nexus point’

“We are attending GITEX Global 2023 at a nexus point in the history of AI, when technologies such as large-language models have entered the public consciousness and are seeing accelerated adoption. At this year’s event, we aim to put these developments into context and show attendees how they can leverage them to mature their AI mix.

“Each year, we come to GITEX Global to deliver a simple message: Everyday AI is a winning strategy. In 2023, with adoption rates higher than ever, we see signs that the message is starting to sink in. This is exciting, not only for Dataiku but for the entire region,” Bhatia concluded.

For GITEX Global 2023, Dataiku’s primary focus is on Dataiku 12 – its newly updated flagship platform that delivers new features to help data, domain, and IT experts keep AI under control.

Dataiku 12 integrates with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, allowing business users to incorporate the tool’s learning models into their native data projects by extending datasets and performing tasks using a visual interface and natural-language prompts.

Transparency

Dataiku 12 also prioritises transparency and trust in project outputs, eliminating ‘black box’ tendencies in AI through Transparent Automated Feature Generation. It introduces Causal Machine Learning (ML) to guard against the standard analytical error of confusing correlation with causation, which can cause different kinds of damage to a business and other stakeholders.

Dataiku 12 democratises these capabilities, ensuring that anyone building ML models can understand the source of the results.

Technologists will appreciate Dataiku 12’s infrastructure-agnostic, modular architecture that allows it to run as a SaaS application, on-premises, or in a cloud designated by a customer.

Dataiku 12 automates tasks and pipelines via a built-in scheduler to deliver clean, reliable, and timely data across the business. And Dataiku Govern provides a single-pane management tool for progress tracking and the delivery of responsible AI.

Dataiku raised AED736 million in a series F funding round in December 2022.

The company surpassed AED846 million in Annual Recurring Revenue in September 2023 and also onboarded 200 customers among the 2,000 largest companies in the world.

At GITEX Global 2023, Dataiku is exhibiting at Stand CC2-15.
