Delicious new dishes to try at 3Fils this month
DUBAI, UAE, JULY 10, 2023 – Chefs at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour have been busy creating five new dishes for guests at the restaurant looking to try something new this month.
Bringing barbeque summer vibes to the plate, the new ‘shrimp scallops’ kebab’ presents two pieces skewers of tender, char-grilled shrimp and scallops drizzled with oba and chorizo oil, and garnished with Kiku flower – priced at AED 48 per portion.
Next comes the indulgent ‘toro pizza’ – a limited-edition special featuring a thin and crispy tortilla bread base, portioned into eight slices and topped with fresh bluefin tuna, dashi ponzu mayo with truffle oil, summer truffle, Aleppo chili, and chives – priced at AED 191 per pizza.
A new addition for the meat lovers that will remaining on the menu is the ‘Mayura signature steak’, which serves up char-grilled Australian chocolate-fed Mayura Wagyu steak topped with kizami-chimichurri and shallot pimiento sauce. Priced at AED 295 per portion, this steak makes for a drool-worthy addition to the a la carte menu.
There’s also Unagi Maki’ priced at AED 52 per portion, this dish serves guests with maki rolls filled with eel, bamboo shoot and capers, topped with quinoa crisps, lime zest and a spiced per peri sauce.
For a sweet treat, the new cheesecake special is combines a crunchy layer of feuilletine base topped with a creamy, rich cheese cream mousse that’s drizzled with raspberry & strawberry jam. This limited-edition dessert is accompanied with a lotus ice cream quenelle with a base of vanilla crumble and is priced at AED 48.
To keep diners refreshed during the warmer summer months, 3Fils has also launched the ‘Ume Daio’ drink – ume, meaning plums and daio meaning rhubarb in Japanese. Made of rhubarb, red plums, 0% Martini Rose, organic agave, and soda water the refreshing beverage is garnished with cotton candy and rhubarb peels – priced at AED 39 per drink.
The new items are now available for diners to enjoy daily at 3Fils throughout July (the Mayura signature steak will remain on the menu permanently).
