Dubai-based Haltia.AI startup closes oversubscribed round
Talented young entity aims to launch its advanced AI personal assistant
Haltia.AI, a Dubai-based startup specialising in rolling out real-time offline AI technology, has closed its AED1.8-million friends and family funding round, oversubscribed in under three weeks.
The startup’s initial funding surge comes from high demand for advanced personal AI technology, particularly in the GCC region and the broader Middle East.
Talal Thabet, CEO/CMO and co-founder of Haltia.AI said: “The rate at which this round closed, and its oversubscription, was overwhelming. It is evidence of our team’s dedication, the industry’s trust in us, and the acute market demand for a privacy-centric AI personal assistant.
“With the decades of experience, our team of super engineers brings, we are poised to synchronise our market entry and meet demands with precision-engineered solutions. But those who feel they missed out fret not.
Pre-revenue round
“We will soon launch a pre-revenue round, inviting more investors to partake in Haltia.AI’s journey,” added Thabet.
Thabet is a globally recognised speaker who boasts expertise in investment management, sales and marketing, having founded eight startups and achieved five exits in under 12 years.
Arto Bendiken, CTO/COO and co-founder of Haltia.AI, said: “The enthusiasm from our investors underscores our conviction that we are on the right path. As technology evolves, there is a growing appetite for digital assistants that offer greater control, privacy, and real-time functionality.
“Haltia.AI answers that call, delivering intuitive voice interaction and offline real-time intelligence while maintaining a commitment to user privacy. The future of AI-driven personal assistance is here, and Haltia.AI is at the forefront,” Bendiken added.
Bendiken is a prolific tech savant and cypherpunk with a global history of building solution-driven tech startups.
