Dubai Investments has increased its ownership of Clemenceau Medical Centre Dubai to 100 percent after completing the acquisition of the remaining 80 percent stake in the healthcare facility.

The transaction was carried out through Dubai Investments Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments. CMC Dubai, in which the group previously held a 20 percent stake, will now operate as a fully owned subsidiary.

Located in Dubai Healthcare City, the hospital has developed a strong reputation for specialised medical services, clinical care and complex procedures since beginning operations in 2020. The facility currently has more than 100 inpatient beds.

Khalid bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments, said the acquisition reflects the group’s confidence in the long-term growth prospects of the healthcare sector.

He said increasing ownership in high-quality businesses allows the group to create greater value through active management and long-term investment.

According to bin Kalban, full ownership will also provide Dubai Investments with greater strategic and operational flexibility. It will enable the group to support the hospital’s expansion, strengthen its specialised healthcare services and benefit fully from its future growth.
