Dubai Rental Disputes Center partners with Tableegh to accelerate digital justice transformation

In a major step toward advancing digital justice, the Dubai Rental Disputes Center (RDC) has signed a strategic partnership with Tableegh Legal Notification Services LLC during GITEX Global 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 13 to 17.

The agreement was formalised by Mohammed Hamad Al Mahri, Director of the Central Support Department at RDC, and Humaid Obaid Humaid Al Mansoori, Chief Executive Officer of Tableegh.

Driving digital efficiency in Dubai’s judicial system

The partnership seeks to strengthen technological integration within the RDC by developing a seamless digital infrastructure designed to enhance operational efficiency, speed up case processing, and ensure the secure exchange of judicial data.

As part of the agreement, an electronic linkage will be established between RDC’s judicial systems and Tableegh’s digital platform, enabling the judge-authorised transfer of case files and legal documents. This integration will ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality in all legal communications  a vital step toward achieving Dubai’s vision of a fully digital judiciary.

Commitment to transparency and speed

His Excellency Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, President of the Rental Disputes Center, said the initiative reinforces RDC’s mission to modernise judicial operations in alignment with Dubai’s smart governance objectives.

“This collaboration enhances our advanced judicial framework, accelerates legal procedures, and upholds justice with transparency and speed,” he stated. “It also simplifies the user experience by ensuring access to efficient and reliable digital services.”

Judge Mousa added that the agreement forms a key part of RDC’s long-term strategy to harness innovation and strengthen partnerships that elevate Dubai’s legal and judicial systems.

Humaid Obaid Humaid Al Mansoori, CEO of Tableegh, highlighted that the partnership marks a milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to support Dubai’s transformation into a global hub for smart justice.
