Emirates Home Nursing ends 2022 on strong footing

Dubai, UAE, 26 January 2023: Emirates Home Nursing (EHN), a division of Al Tamimi Investments and one of the oldest home healthcare providers in the UAE, ended 2022 on a strong note amidst the growing home healthcare market industry in the UAE.

EHN is upbeat about its performance this 2023 on the back of the vibrant local market coupled with its plan to ramp up its efforts to continue providing world-class services to the UAE community.  According to Mordor Intelligence, the country’s home healthcare market will witness a compound annual growth rate of 6.2% during 2023-2028.

Alka Uttamchandani, General Manager, EHN, said: “The report cited, one of the major growth drivers is the rising preference for quality home healthcare solutions for convenience and safety. The trend is not only present in the country but worldwide as well. Apart from this, we are also seeing other key growth factors such as the increasing elderly population and rising cases of chronic diseases.”

Demand for home care had grown significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, but more and more patients, especially the elderly, are finding this alternative care option as the more appropriate and cost-effective choice for them.

“At EHN, we are ready to address both current and future needs amidst our consistent endeavours to improve our services, enhance the skills of our personnel and modernise our facilities. We look forward to exceeding our accomplishments last year through programmes that put the convenience and comfort of our patients as well as genuine care at the heart of everything we do,” added Uttamchandani.

With a proven track record of quality and consistency, EHN is one of the leading and well-respected healthcare providers in the UAE. It boasts a team of licensed healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing excellence in care. From nurses to care assistants, EHN is committed to complying with the guidelines set by the Dubai Health Authority and international accreditation standards.

While the ageing population is its key target market, EHN also provides its services to those managing chronic health issues and recovering from a medical setback as well as the people of determination, amongst others. Its services include pre- and post-pregnancy care; new-born care; clinical and specialist care; and companionship and senior care services.
