ENOC Group trains 78 employees to deliver first aid for mental health

ENOC Group, a leading integrated global energy player, marked a significant milestone by becoming the first energy provider in the UAE to equip employees with First Aid for Mental Health (FA4MH) skills. The training reinforces the Group’s commitment to contributing to Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033 and creating a supportive and healthy working environment for all.

Using the latest academic research, the training, led by Kes Smith-Green under KSG WELLNESS COACHING & TRAINING LTD, equips 78 participants with the knowledge and skills to respond to challenges in the workplace. This training is a U.K. Level 2 qualification regulated by Ofqual. It was delivered to ENOC Retail executives over a period of five days.
