Air travel demand between the two cities is rising

Low-cost carrier flydubai will launch daily flights from Dubai City to Cairo City from October 28, 2023, as demand for travel between the two cities continues to grow exponentially after the pandemic era.

The new route is between Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Sphinx International Airport (SPX).

With the upcoming launch of daily flights from Dubai to Cairo and vice versa, Dubai-owned flydubai will serve the Egyptian market with 17 weekly flights, including day-to-day operations to Alexandria Borg El Arab International Airport (HBE) from DXB.
