From 28th May to June 11th there willbe something extra special served up on the menu for the duration of the competition – the Roland Garros dessert. This spectacular tennis ball shaped creation is filled with zesty lemon cream, lemon marshmallow, lemon confit, with Sable Breton crunchy biscuit, on a sweet dough base (Dh140 per dish).
