From Classrooms to Immersive Experiences: Epson Showcases Next-Gen Tech and Green Innovation at GITEX Global 2025

Epson, a global technology leader, returns to GITEX Global 2025, the region’s largest technology exhibition, from 13-17 October 2025. Known for its sustainable solutions, Epson’s presence will showcase how its latest innovations are transforming classrooms, offices, and entertainment spaces, while advancing its long-term commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Building on the momentum of its expanded presence in the META-CWA region and the launch of its Innovation Centre in Dubai Production City, Epson will introduce a wide range of solutions across printing, scanning, projection, and labelling.

Though three experiential zones and presence on two partner stands, Avientek and Almoe, Epson will demonstrate how its technologies support businesses and educational institutions in driving digital transformation. Visitors will enjoy hands-on demos and immersive set-ups designed to highlight real-world applications of Epson’s latest technologies.

Education and Digital Workflows

Epson will showcase its next-generation office printers (L4360, L6390 Series) and high-speed document scanners (DS-1730, DS-1760WN), with live demos to boost productivity in schools and universities, streamlining digital workflows, and enabling seamless document digitisation from paper to cloud. Mock office and classroom setups will demonstrate real-time scanning workflows, showing how documents can be quickly digitised and shared via cloud platforms.

Home Experience

Epson’s tech showcase will include the new consumer home projector, EF-72, offering a cinematic experience in mini theatre pods. Visitors can experience how Epson’s laser projectors turn any space into an entertainment zone – ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and camping.

Sustainable Innovation

Sustainability remains a core pillar of Epson’s innovation. At GITEX this year, Epson will showcase its ColorWorks and LabelWorks printers, including the compact LW-C410, which supports eco-friendly, on-demand labelling for smart homes and businesses.

Neil Colquhoun, President at Epson META-CW Asia, said: “At Epson, innovation is not just about cutting-edge products, but it’s about solving real-world challenges in a sustainable way. As digital transformation reshapes how we learn, work, and connect, we’re proud to showcase technologies that empower educators, businesses, and creators alike. GITEX 2025 is the perfect platform for us to demonstrate how immersive, efficient, and eco-conscious solutions can shape a smarter, more responsible future.”

Epson is showcasing its solutions at Al Ain Meeting Room – Al Ain F (First Floor, above Hall 4) at GITEX Global, which runs from 13-17 October 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
