Michelin-starred Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to host one of the capital’s most anticipated culinary collaborations this summer, welcoming acclaimed chef and restaurateur Akmal Anuar for an exclusive one-night-only four-hands dining experience on 26 June. Bringing together Hakkasan’s contemporary Cantonese expertise and Chef Akmal’s bold, globally influenced culinary style, the event promises an immersive evening of exceptional food, creative expression, and vibrant entertainment.
For one night only, Chef Akmal will join forces with Chef Lee Kok Hua of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi to present a specially curated menu of elevated small eats designed for sharing. Guests can expect a lineup of signature creations including Peking duck, black garlic Wagyu beef dumplings, yellowtail carpaccio, crab roll maki, jasmine tea-smoked Wagyu beef ribs, and bone marrow with black pepper sauce and curry leaves, finished with an indulgent dessert selection that brings the experience to a memorable close.
Widely regarded as one of the region’s most influential chefs, Akmal Anuar is the force behind a portfolio of acclaimed concepts including Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, 11 Woodfire, 3Fils, and OTORO Abu Dhabi. His culinary achievements include a Michelin Star, multiple Bib Gourmand recognitions, and a reputation for creating concepts that challenge convention while honouring his Singaporean heritage.
Adding to the atmosphere, guests can enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening, with a DJ and live drummer creating an energetic backdrop to the dining experience.
