The signing partners include BlueApple Advertising FZ LLC, Eyetracking Digital Marketing Solutions LLC, Rashid Al Kaitoob Advocates & Legal Consultants, Torus Legacy Holding, Gatex IOT Global Positioning Systems Trading LLC, PFS Global Logistics LLC, Kings Advertising LLC, and Designs & Dimensions Interiors.

The programme, offered by IAExperience in collaboration with the signatory companies, includes an integrated plan that helps trainees gain practical experience, navigate the labour market and acquire skills in various administrative and technical areas that will contribute to them finding suitable employment upon graduation. The duration of the training programme is between one and twelve months.

The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Mr Faisal Naseem, Vice President of the Republic of Maldives, during his recent visit to the Yousif bin Saeed Lootah Group, along with a number of officials and executives at the headquarters of the NYUWAVE Research and Development Centre situated at Lootah Biofuel Factory, which is among the training facilities of the IA Experience.

Yousif bin Saeed Lootah, CEO of IAExperience, said, “We are committed to providing young men and women from the UAE with the best opportunities for skills development and empowerment to gain appropriate experience in the work environment. This new cooperation focuses on providing training and practical skills development opportunities with companies operating in various fields, which will contribute to breaking the barrier between the labour market and the academic environment at universities, or ‘learning beyond the walls of the university ‘, as mentioned by the Vice President of the Republic of Maldives, who was present at the signing ceremony.”

He added: “Our endeavour to provide training opportunities for our youth is part of our responsibility and duty to society, as bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the skills required in the labour market benefits all stakeholders as trainees gain employment opportunities to start their careers in their field of specialisation, and businesses find the necessary and qualified skills to continue their growth and development.”
