Kanji, the quality-driven Japanese, delivery-only concept by 3Fils, has revealed its furthered expansion in Dubai, which now includes Al Khawaneej, Festival City, Mirdif, and Mizhar.
In addition to continued delivery operations in Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina, JLT, Media City, JVC, Motor City, and Business Bay, among others, the new delivery areas for Kanji mark a move by the brand to reach a wider customer base with premium Japanese food across Dubai, from the comfort of home through Kanji’s exclusive delivery partner, Deliveroo.
In line with the brand’s growth this month, comes a selection of new dishes for customers ordering from all delivery areas.
For the tuna lovers, the new ‘akami nigiri’ is a must-try. Comprising four pieces of melt-in-your-mouth nigiri made with Bluefin tuna imported from Japan weekly, this dish is served with a side of sweet nikiri sauce and wasabi for that extra kick.
Kanji’s menu has also welcomed an all-new katsu curry this month – presenting a comforting bowl of fluffy steamed rice topped with crispy panko-coated chicken to be generously drizzled with rich katsu curry sauce at home. The new tempura shrimp are equally as tempting, and great as a filling side or a light lunch, comprising six pieces of crunchy tempura shrimp wrapped in oba leaves, served with a creamy fiery gochujang mayo.
Other new additions include togarashi wings – six pieces of spicy glazed chicken wings, plus a range of sauces straight from the 3Fils kitchen, including gochujang mayo for a sauce that brings a spicy kick, garlic mayo for a creamy garlic hit of deliciousness, and lastly the wasabi mayo, made with pure Japanese wasabi.
