Largest Al-Futtaim Auto Centers facility in the UAE opens at Dubai Festival City
Al-Futtaim Automotive has launched the 14th Al-Futtaim Auto Centers branded facility in the UAE. Formally inaugurated at Dubai Festival City on June 15, 2023, the new facility is the largest automotive service facility in the UAE.
Staffed by skilled technicians the 47,000sqft facility can service all types of sedans, SUVs and commercial vehicles at fixed prices, and offers individual vehicle owners and commercial fleet owners same-day services including: new tyres, wheel alignment, brakes, oil change, steering and suspension, mechanical repairs, air conditioning recharge and repairs, fault diagnosis, tinting, PPF application, wash and detailing, fitting of accessories, and choice of both OEM parts and aftermarket parts.
Open seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm, and with the capacity of servicing up to 100 vehicles per day the facility features the most advanced automotive care equipment across its 10 drive-in service bays, while offering customers a pleasant air-conditioned seating arrangement with complimentary beverages as their vehicle is serviced, which they can view through a large glass panel that looks out at the service bays.
David McNamara, Director, Tier 2 Aftersales at Al-Futtaim Automotive, said by the end of 2023 three additional Al-Futtaim Auto Centers will be opened in Dubai, to meet growing demand for auto service in the new community localities of the emirate.
CAFU tie-up
Being a customer-centric enterprise Al-Futtaim Automotive has partnered with CAFU, the Dubai-based mobile auto service company, to offer customers the convenience of off-site basic automotive service such as oil change and tyres replacement.
Explaining the new tie-up, McNamara (pictured left) noted that customers can use a CAFU app to book an Al-Futtaim Auto Centers mobile service van to service their vehicle at their home or office location. Al-Futtaim Automotive launched its Al-Futtaim Auto Centers mobile service van a few months ago.
Al-Futtaim Automotive is a division of the Dubai headquartered Al-Futtaim Group of companies that deals in automotive-related verticals, including distributing new and used vehicles, manufacturing, leasing, and aftersales.
