Lazy Cat will host a pop-up at Kite Beach from 29 January to 4 February as part of the UAE x Kuwait Week of Brotherhood, marking the enduring relationship between the two nations through an activation centred on café culture, community, and connection.
To further mark the occasion, Lazy Cat will introduce exclusive Saffron Pancakes inspired by the shared heritage of the UAE and Kuwait. Available only at Lazy Cat located in Al Quoz from 29 January to 9 February, this limited-edition dish allows guests who are unable to visit the Kite Beach pop-up to participate in the Week of Brotherhood through a dedicated culinary offering.
Designed for sunset visitors and evening runners, the beachfront experience will present Lazy Cat’s signature ceremonial-grade iced and hot matcha beverages alongside a curated selection of handcrafted food and desserts, offering a refined moment of pause following golden-hour walks and post-run cool-downs by the sea.
Blending café culture with a coastal setting, the pop-up will serve as a social gathering destination for creatives and families, reflecting the shared values of hospitality and togetherness that unite the UAE and Kuwait. Key menu highlights include the Dreamy Egg, Pastrami Sandwich, and Crispy Chicken Muffin, complemented by sweet offerings such as Cinnamon Pancakes and Krunchoco Pancakes.
The menu will feature signature beverages including Blue Matcha and Green Matcha served hot or iced, alongside Krunchoco Hot Chocolate and the Spanish Latte. With pop-ups, workshops, and community-led moments taking place throughout the week, Lazy Cat aims to create a space where guests are invited to slow down and engage in a meaningful celebration of cultural connection inspired by both nations.
