Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre proudly announces the appointment of Juan Manuel Ovalles Urbina as Restaurant Manager for Beef Bistro and Bebemos, two of the property’s most vibrant and dynamic dining destinations.

With over eight years of diverse hospitality experience spanning Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain, Juan brings a wealth of expertise in restaurant pre-openings, operations, and enhancing the guest experience. His professional journey has seen him contribute to some of the region’s most recognized dining concepts, from Latin American fine dining venues to contemporary lounges.

Most recently, Juan held leadership positions at Toro Toro by Richard Sandoval in Grosvenor House Dubai, Circa Modern South American Cuisine & Lounge in Bahrain, and Maya Mexican Restaurant & Bar in Doha, consistently demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences and building strong, diverse teams.

Juan’s extensive background in F&B service, combined with his adaptability and creative vision for restaurant promotions and guest engagement, will play a key role in elevating the reputation of Beef Bistro, Dubai’s renowned French steakhouse, and Bebemos, the hotel’s lively Spanish tapas and beverage hub.
