Abu Dhabi, meet graze BRGR. The Lebanese burger favourite has officially landed in the capital, opening its first UAE location on Salam Street with a menu of seriously stacked burgers, loaded sides, and plenty of reasons to order in.
Available for takeaway and delivery, graze BRGR is all about gourmet burgers without the fuss. Behind every burger is a simple philosophy: start with great ingredients and do as much as possible in-house.
That means premium whole cuts of beef, ground fresh in the kitchen every day using graze BRGR’s signature blend. Chicken is delivered fresh, hand-prepared, and cooked to order, while the buns are handmade using traditional baking methods for that all-important combination of light, buttery and soft – but sturdy enough to handle what graze piles between them.
And there is plenty to handle.
Leading the line-up is the Hulk Smash, a monster of a burger loaded with two Wagyu beef patties, double cheddar cheese, onion crisps, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, and onion rings, finished with signature g sauce and smoky mayo, and served with fries.
The Big Smoke keeps things classic with a 110g Wagyu beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sautéed onions, topped with natural ketchup and smoky g sauce, while The Crunchy adds cheddar, onion rings, dill pickles, g sauce, and smoky mayo to the mix.
For something a little more indulgent, Le Gastronome pairs Wagyu beef with Swiss cheese, rocket, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and g sauce.
Chicken fans are covered too. The Honey M sees fried chicken breast dipped in honey mustard sauce and topped with lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, and mayo. The Escalope Burger brings together breaded chicken, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and garlic mayo, while the Rainbow Burger stacks breaded chicken with shredded lettuce, red cabbage coleslaw, dill pickles, and graze’s house tangy sauce.
Going meat-free? The Falafel Burger packs a falafel patty, lettuce, beetroot, tomato, and pickles into a handmade bun with g sauce.
Not ready to commit to just one? graze BRGR’s sliders bring the same big burger energy in a smaller package, making them ideal for mixing, matching and sharing – although sharing is entirely optional.
Then come the sides – because no proper burger order stops at the burger. Choose from waffle fries and curly fries to crispy fried wings, grilled chicken tenders and mac and cheese balls. Or go all in with the g fries, loaded with cheddar cheese and crispy roasted onions.
To celebrate its Abu Dhabi arrival, graze BRGR is giving diners 50% off when ordering directly through grazebrgr.com, making now a particularly good time to find a new favourite.
So, clear the dinner plans. Lebanon’s burger favourite has officially entered the Abu Dhabi group chat.
Opening hours: Daily, 11am – midnight
