Priced at AED155 per person, SHI’s Iftar experience promises an exquisite culinary journey. Guests kick off their evening with a choice between Sea Salt Edamame and Sweet Corn Chicken Soup, setting the tone for a delightful evening.
The second course introduces a variety of mouthwatering roll options, including a variety of rolls including the Goma Dragon Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, and Dynamite Roll, each promising a delicious contrast of flavors. . Forging ahead awaits the splendid treat of the mains, featuring Duck Spring Roll, Black Angus Beef Bao, and Chicken Shengjiangbao, followed by Tiger Prawn in Spicy Curry Sauce, Crispy Chicken with Lime Sauce, Shredded Duck with Chili Garlic Sauce, and Tofu Eggplant in Black Bean Sauce, each accompanied by steamed jasmine rice and soft beverages, the meal promises to be a celebration of taste and tradition.
For those with a sweet tooth, diners can opt for Pistachio Fondant for an additional AED50, providing a delightful conclusion to the evening.
