Milestone Systems unveils unique Experience Centre in Melbourne
Rigorous cybersecurity standards deployed
Milestone Systems, a global leader in data-driven video technology software, has inaugurated its new office and interactive Experience Centre (EC) in Mulgrave, Melbourne, Australia.
The newly launched EC is a significant upgrade from Milestone’s EC in Australia, which debuted in 2018. The revamped centre boasts an enhanced focus on interactivity, offering a hands-on experience that surpasses the previous model’s visual demonstrations.
The updated EC is designed to inspire innovation and customisation, allowing stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for various industries, including mining, healthcare, education, and retail. It is a high-level testing ground for video technology deployments and emphasises operational efficiency.
Opened on August 7, 2025, the new EC is equipped with advanced touchscreens that enable users to access ten times more camera feeds. It also features licence plate recognition, facial recognition, vehicle tracking, and situational awareness. This interactive setup supports over 14,000 devices, making it one of the industry’s most versatile and comprehensive centres.
The new EC adheres to rigorous cybersecurity standards and responsible technology practices, ensuring all solutions meet global data protection and integrity standards.

EC in India
On June 17, 2024, Milestone Systems inaugurated its first EC in India, located in Bangalore. The advanced facility offers an interactive environment where visitors can explore some of the most advanced video and sensor technologies. From automating manufacturing processes and securing data centres to enhancing safety in healthcare, the Bangalore centre showcases a broad spectrum of applications.
The Bangalore EC features Milestone Kite, the company’s new video surveillance service software. Milestone Kite is a highly scalable cloud-based application compatible with over 25,000 devices globally. Its straightforward installation and minimal physical infrastructure requirements allow businesses to manage their security systems efficiently, freeing them to concentrate on their core operations.
