With live demonstrations on-site

Milestone Systems will make a significant mark at ISC West 2025 in Las Vegas from March 31 to April 4, by exhibiting a range of groundbreaking products, including a newly expanded suite of solutions designed to unlock the full potential of video data, support public safety initiatives, and enable businesses to embrace hybrid cloud deployments.

ISC West 2025, held at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, is the leading global tradeshow for the security industry. This must-attend event will gather experts from the physical security and cybersecurity sectors to highlight the cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of security.

For the first time, Milestone will present a comprehensive product suite that combines video management software, AI-powered video analytics, and cloud-based solutions. The suite includes Milestone’s flagship XProtect video management software, BriefCam AI-driven video analytics, and the Arcules cloud platform. This integrated approach allows organisations to centralise all cameras, sensors, and sites into a unified system while harnessing the power of the latest AI technologies.

22nd participation

ISC West 2025 will mark Milestone’s 22nd participation in the premier security industry trade show, underscoring its longstanding commitment to advancing video surveillance solutions.

Morten Illum, Chief Revenue Officer at Milestone Systems, said: “The combination of Milestone’s product portfolio enables organisations to unite all cameras, sensors, and sites in one centralised solution, and tailor their installation to meet their unique needs.

“At the same time, they can leverage the latest analytics and AI technologies to unlock the full potential of video data. This means organisations can now truly amplify what they can achieve with our video technology.”

At Milestone’s booth at ISC West, attendees will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how BriefCam’s AI-driven video analytics can transform video footage into searchable, actionable, and quantifiable insights. This cutting-edge technology allows users to extract valuable intelligence from video footage, making surveillance footage a passive record of events and an active, powerful tool for improving operations and decision-making.

Public safety agencies face ever-growing challenges, from proactive crime prevention to real-time threat detection and incident response. Milestone is dedicated to empowering law enforcement and other public safety organisations with solutions that enable faster response times, more efficient investigations, and better management of digital evidence.

Tim Palmquist, Vice President of Milestone Systems Americas, noted: “As of 2024, every criminal case involves some form of digital evidence, which has created significant challenges for law enforcement and prosecutors. Having secure and reliable video evidence is crucial for solving these challenges and driving successful investigations.”

Milestone’s product suite is designed to help law enforcement agencies respond faster to incidents, prepare cases more efficiently, and easily manage video evidence. These advancements have a tangible impact on users’ effectiveness and contribute to society’s safety.

“Our solutions make it easier for public safety agencies to work with video evidence, ensuring they have the tools to solve cases quickly and effectively,” Palmquist added. “By leveraging our video management and analytics tools, agencies can improve both their response times and the quality of their investigations.”

Hybrid cloud solution

Milestone’s new, flexible hybrid cloud solution, which will debut at ISC West 20255, is an innovative deployment model allowing multi-site organisations to integrate on-premise and cloud-based video management across various locations seamlessly. The hybrid approach gives businesses centralised control and enhanced situational awareness, allowing them to adapt to an increasingly cloud-centric world at their own pace.

Rahul Yadav, Chief Technology Officer at Milestone Systems, stated: “Switching to cloud-based surveillance can feel overwhelming for businesses already using on-premise systems. However, a hybrid model provides a gentle ‘off-ramp’ from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.

“It empowers organisations to evolve their security infrastructure step by step, enjoying the best of both worlds with a hybrid solution.”

The expanded Arcules integration, launched as part of the upcoming XProtect R1 release, will allow users to connect existing on-premise XProtect investments with Arcules’s cloud capabilities. This integration will provide organisations with a truly flexible solution, centralising their video management while allowing them to scale and evolve their security infrastructure.

“By connecting XProtect with Arcules cloud capabilities, users will be able to evolve their security setup in a way that suits their needs, whether they are gradually transitioning to the cloud or maintaining a hybrid approach,” Yadav added.

“The result is a centralised, seamless, easy-to-use, and future-proof solution that can evolve to meet the demands of modern businesses.”
