Mister Baker Curates a 53kg Tribute Cake for UAE’s 53rd National Day

This year, to mark the UAE’s 53rd National DayMister Baker, the beloved legacy bakery brand, has crafted a spectacular cake that weighs approximately 53kg – symbolising the nation’s remarkable 53-year old journey. The vision behind the cake serves as a tribute to the UAE’s transformation from a desert landscape to a thriving cosmopolitan city with Sheikh Zayed Road standing at the heart of its success.

The 2-meter long cake represents UAE’s incredible development, reflecting the evolution of the country, capturing the transition from desert to the vibrant, bustling skyline of Sheikh Zayed Road – a symbol of the vision, ambition, and “never give-up” attitude that has powered the UAE’s rapid growth.

The cake’s design features a beautiful blend of the UAE’s heritage, its modern, iconic skyline and a shift through the desert dunes, gradually transitioning into the modern developed streets of Sheikh Zayed Road – symbolising the ongoing journey of innovation that continues to define the nation. The cake will be on display at Mister Baker’s Umm Suqeim outlet from 28th November 2024  to 7th December 2024, however you can pre-order the cake for AED 23,000. 

Mister Baker has once again captured the spirit of the nation through the monumental cake. The 53kg cake is more than just a treat – it’s a tribute to the UAE’s past, present, and future.
