Level 43 Sky Lounge at Four Points by Sheraton is excited to announce the appointment of Naomie Gauchat as the new Bar Manager. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector, Naomie brings a passion for exceptional service and innovative beverage offerings to this stunning rooftop venue.
Naomie’s impressive career includes her most recent role as Outlet Manager at Brasserie Boulud in Sofitel The Obelisk, Dubai, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations, cost control, and staff training. Her focus on maintaining high service standards and operational excellence will undoubtedly elevate the Level 43 experience.
Prior to her time at Brasserie Boulud, Naomie served as F&B Manager at KV Hotels’ Restaurant La Cordée in Verbier, Switzerland. In this role, she excelled in human resources management, operational oversight, and event organization. Her experience in team management and dedication to customer loyalty and relationship management will be invaluable as she takes on her new position.
Naomie began her journey as Assistant Restaurant Manager at La Marlénaz in Verbier, where she honed her skills in scheduling management, guest relations, and cash management while ensuring smooth service operations. Naomie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Vatel School in Martigny, Switzerland, which has equipped her with a solid foundation in both business and hospitality principles. Her commitment to the tourism and hospitality sector is evident in her enthusiastic approach to her work.
