This summer, Novikov Café, the stunning eatery in Dubai Mall is putting the humble tomato firmly in the spotlight with Tomato Feast, a limited-edition menu available throughout August.
Built around one hero ingredient, the menu explores the tomato in fresh, comforting and slightly unexpected ways. Guests can start with a light Gazpacho or Tomato Carpaccio, followed by dishes including the classic Linguini Pomodoro Novikov and Mediterranean-style Seabass.
The tomato takeover continues with a Multicolour Tomato Salad, Tomato Gratin and a refreshing Virgin Mary. For dessert, things take a more playful turn with a special dessert, served with vanilla Chantilly and tomato and basil sorbet.
Designed for relaxed summer dining, Tomato Feast gives guests the option to try individual dishes or build a full meal around the seasonal ingredient.
The menu is available throughout August at Novikov Café, Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall.
