One Central project launched in Ras Al Khaimah

Pantheon Development, a prominent Dubai-based real estate developer, has launched its flagship mixed-use project, One Central, located in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah emirate in the United Arab Emirates.
The launch event, held at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, attracted more than 3,500 broker registrations, reflecting the growing appeal of Ras Al Khaimah as a prime destination for world-class living and real estate investment.
With a total sale value nearing AED1 billion, One Central is poised to become a landmark development in Ras Al Khaimah. Spanning 450,000 square feet, the project will offer 312 residential apartments, a Grade A office building, and hotel apartments, all designed to provide an unparalleled living experience with access to exceptional amenities.
The first phase of One Central is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Additionally, One Central will offer residents luxurious shared amenities, including an infinity rooftop pool, a sky lounge, a jogging track, a cinema, and a dedicated dog park.
