Dubai, UAE — August 2026 — Parkin Company PJSC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Bahrain Parking Company “Amaken” B.S.C. to explore cooperation opportunities in vehicle parking technologies, digital mobility services, and regional business development.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the agreement establishes a framework for collaboration between the two companies to leverage their technical and operational capabilities as well as market expertise, supporting the development of smarter parking and mobility services while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience across Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Under the memorandum, the two companies will assess opportunities to integrate their digital platforms and explore enabling customers to use parking facilities and pay related fees across both networks directly through their smart applications, a move that would strengthen connectivity between parking services in the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Mohammed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, said the partnership with Amaken marks an important strategic step in Parkin’s journey to expand its business and benefit from Amaken’s advanced expertise in parking management, operations, and technological and digital solutions.
He added that by combining the capabilities and experience of both companies, Parkin looks forward to developing smart, integrated solutions that enhance the customer experience and improve the efficiency of the parking ecosystem, alongside exploring new growth opportunities in GCC countries and regional and international markets in the future.
For his part, Tariq Ali Al Jowder, CEO of Bahrain Parking Company Group “Amaken,” said the signing of the memorandum represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation with Parkin and exploring new investment opportunities that support growth and expansion plans.
He noted that through this cooperation, the two sides look forward to exchanging expertise and studying opportunities to develop innovative projects and solutions in the parking sector, in line with their shared direction toward offering smart, sustainable solutions and elevating the level of services provided.
