Homegrown vegan eatery, Planet Terra presents a romantic three-course, plant-based set menu this Valentine’s Day, for those looking to celebrate love over good-for-you, animal-free food.
Serving from 12pm on February 14 for lunch and dinner at its branch in The Greens, Planet Terra’s Valentine’s menu is priced at AED 200 per person for three-courses with a signature drink, or AED 280 for three-courses and a half bottle of non-alcoholic bubbles or wine.
Sparking romance with indulgent flavours, the menu begins with a ‘beet-rose’, comprising marinated beetroot petals, macadamia vegan ‘goat cheese’, caramelised pecans and dill.
Diners have a choice of main course with options including teriyaki charred oyster mushroom steak with glazed butternut and sweet potato puree, or risotto rosso in San Marzano sauce with asparagus, pomegranate and citrus espuma.
Ending on a sweet note, indulgent basque cheesecake made with tofu and cashew awaits, served with strawberries, cherry compote, and orange blossom glaze.
Planet Terra’s Valentine’s Day menu is entirely animal-free and made from scratch in-house, with no artificial sweeteners, no refined sugars and no GMOs. Reservations for the set menu are required.
