RealTek Summit 2025 Concludes Successfully, Recognising Real Estate Industry Trailblazers in Dubai

The RealTek Summit 2025 concluded on a grand note at the prestigious Opera Ballroom, TAJ Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai, marking a landmark gathering for the region’s real estate and PropTech sectors. The event witnessed the participation of over 400+ leading professionals, industry experts, and organizations, making it one of the most significant and impactful industry summits of the year.

Widely regarded as a premier platform for dialogue, collaboration, and recognition, the summit brought together top decision-makers, innovators, and thought leaders to exchange knowledge, explore market trends, and celebrate excellence across the real estate ecosystem.

The highlight of the evening was the RealTek Awards 2025, which honored organizations and individuals that have set benchmarks in performance, innovation, and leadership.

In the corporate categories, BetterHomes was recognized as Best Real Estate Consultancy, Provident Real Estate received the honor for Excellence in Property & Asset Management, Banke International Properties was awarded Property Management Company of the Year, Berkeley  took home the award for Excellence in Facility Management, MERED was celebrated with the title of Luxury Project of the Year, SEE Holding was named Sustainable Organization of the Year, HOLO was honored as Best PropTech Organization of the Year, Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute (IEREI) received recognition as Best Institute – Training & Development, WindMills Group was awarded for Excellence in Real Estate Valuations, Viewit earned the title of PropTech Startup of the Year, and Reelly AI was celebrated as Best Real Estate Startup.

In the individual excellence categories, Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties, was named Influencer of the Year – Real Estate, Dr. Salwa Arfaoui, Regional Director of Next Level Real Estate, was recognized as Woman Personality of the Year, Dr. Anuraag Guglaani, Chairperson of Wazir Holdings, and Silvia Eldawi, Founder of Propologi, both received honors for Excellence in Professional Services, Ismail Al Hammadi, Co-Founder of Al Ruwad Real Estate, was celebrated as RealTek Personality of the Year, and Said El Haouasli, CEO of Land Sterling, was honored as CEO of the Year.
