ROR expands services to include coffee set ups and barista training

Emirati owned coffee leaders, ROR Coffee Roastery (Rate of Rise) has expanded operations. The company founded by Emirati entrepreneur Mr. Omar Al Falasi who envisioned providing the Emirates with the best quality coffee and to take the global specialty coffee experience to an exceptional level. In line with this mission, they have now expanded operations to providing coffee bar setup, coffee menu enhancements, specialty coffee setups, roasting, brewing and even barista training.

The company was founded 6 years ago (in 2017) with the vision of caffeinating the Emirates with great coffee, using the best practices and curating only the highest quality of product. Mr Al Falasi, founder and COO at ROR expresses his views. “We strive to drive all our passion in sourcing the best coffee and in order to ensure the perfect cup, it was time to bring expertise and the proper practices needed to create the perfect cup. Our focus has always been the full coffee experience through quality, flavors, sustainable processes.”

“In the past we have been very articulate in our coffee selection; we choose farms that we trust and are sustainable in every way. We ensure the use of modern equipment and innovative techniques throughout every process from fermentation, storing, packaging and shipping.” he added.

ROR’s coffee set up allows them to inspect the location and design the perfect coffee bar with the right equipment and their positioning. They also offer menu setups aliging to the set up and equipment, specialty coffees and their brewing, and finally barista training which includes everything about coffee from seed to cup, brewing and finally serving.
