RTA achieves British Safety Council’s Five Star Wellbeing Certification

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has achieved the prestigious Five Star Wellbeing Audit Certification from the British Safety Council, recognising excellence in workplace mental health and employee wellbeing. This accolade underscores RTA’s commitment to adopting international best practices and fostering a healthy, sustainable work environment for employees.

Muna Al Osaimi, CEO of RTA’s Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector received the Five Star Wellbeing Audit Certification, rating certificate for the audit of mental health and well-being in the workplace, from the British Safety Council, at RTA’s Stand at the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) 2025. The certificate was presented to her by Mike Robinson, Chief Executive of the British Safety Council.

Al Osaimi said: “This achievement reflects RTA’s strategic vision of placing mental health and wellbeing at the heart of the work environment.”

She added: “RTA has adopted a comprehensive corporate approach to enhancing quality of life in the workplace, recognising that employee happiness and wellbeing are fundamental to our strategy. Securing a 94% score in this certification reaffirms our commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment that boosts productivity and strengthens RTA’s leadership in this field.”

This accomplishment qualifies RTA to compete for the coveted from the British Safety Council, one of the most prestigious global accolades in workplace mental health and wellbeing management.
