DUBAI, UAE, MAY 9, 2023 – Keeping flavours fresh and exciting in the 3Fils kitchen this month, chefs at the Harbour-side restaurant in Jumeirah have introduced four new dishes to the menu that are now serving daily for lunch and dinner.
Fans of unagi (eel) will be pleased to hear that three of the new dishes showcase the delicious ingredient. First up, the ‘Unagiri’, priced at AED 53 per portion, presents four pieces of torched eel nigiri, while eel lovers can take things up a notch with the ‘Unagi Nigiri’, which comprises eel nigiri topped with Hokkaido uni and caviar kaluga, in a nikiri sauce – priced at AED 133 per portion.
The menu also welcomes ‘Unagi Maki’ this month, priced at AED 52 per portion, this dish serves guests with maki rolls filled with eel, bamboo shoot and capers, topped with quinoa crisps, lime zest and a spiced per peri sauce.
For vegan guests, comes the new ‘Shroom Tempura’, which uses tempura Portobello mushrooms with oba rolled in nori and sushi rice, topped with truffle ponzu aioli and shaven fresh truffle. This dish is priced at AED 48 per portion and will remain on the a la carte menu.
The three new eel dishes will be available to enjoy at 3Fils for lunch at dinner until the end of May.
