Running from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the experience has been created as a chance to pause and savour the afternoon, whether for a business lunch, a midweek gathering, or simply a moment to unwind by the sea.
The menu captures SHI’s artistry through a four-course journey.
