The set menu will commence with delicate starters including, aromatic Chicken & Prawn Lotus Moon and Duck Spring Rolls. Followed by guest favourite dim sum options like Black Angus Beef Bao, flavoursome Prawn Har Gau and Chicken and Prawn Wontong. For the mains, diners can choose from a selection of expertly prepared mains such as spicy Red Snapper with Gan shou Yu sauce, Lamb Shank, Cornfed Chicken with Black Bean, or the fragrant Tiger Prawn with Spicy Curry Sauce.
