SN Aboitiz Power Group Achieves 451% ROI with Kissflow’s Low-Code Platform

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 2025:  Kissflow, a leading low-code platform for enterprises, today announced the results of an independent ROI study conducted by Nucleus Research, highlighting the transformative impact of Kissflow at SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP), a major renewable energy company in the Philippines.

The study found that SNAP achieved a 451% return on investment (ROI) and a payback period of just 2.8 months after deploying Kissflow to unify and digitize workflows across its business units. By leveraging Kissflow’s low-code platform, SNAP rapidly developed over 114 applications, replacing legacy systems, streamlining operations, and empowering citizen developers across the organization. In recognition of this achievement, the project was honored with the ROI Award 2025 from Nucleus Research, which celebrates organizations that deliver exceptional business value and measurable returns through technology investments.

“Kissflow offers us powerful integration capabilities, enabling smooth connections with other systems and data sources for enhanced workflow automation,” said Maria Theresa Cabigon, Chief Information Officer, SN Aboitiz Group.

Kissflow’s implementation helped SNAP retire outdated in-house systems, saving an estimated US$61,000 annually in infrastructure and support costs, while improving operational efficiency by up to 10% across HR, and operations and maintenance processes. The organisation also built and deployed more than 114 custom applications spanning HR, Operations, and IT service management, significantly streamlining workflows. Meanwhile, 19 employees were trained as citizen developers, empowering business teams to drive innovation and digital solutions independently, without adding to IT workloads.

SNAP’s modernization journey was driven by the need for a unified, scalable, and secure platform to align with its enterprise architecture roadmap while reducing IT dependency. By choosing Kissflow over other low-code vendors, SNAP benefited from low total cost of ownership, scalability, and rapid innovation through its citizen developer program.

“This study validates the measurable business impact that Kissflow brings to enterprises,” said Rakesh Nandakumar, AVP – APAC, Kissflow. “SNAP’s success shows how organizations can accelerate digital transformation, empower employees, and achieve extraordinary ROI with our platform.”

Offering context for the Middle East, Sujay Patil, Regional Director – MEA, at Kissflow, added, “Across the region, the energy sector is undergoing a profound transformation as organisations balance growth with sustainability, diversification, and the integration of advanced technologies. Digitally driven efficiencies, like those achieved by SNAP, are increasingly vital for energy companies seeking to modernise operations, manage costs, and improve agility. Low-code platforms such as Kissflow empower enterprises in this region to build smarter, connected systems faster, unlocking innovation while addressing the sector’s evolving challenges and opportunities.”
