As the most romantic day of the year approaches, Soiree Wine Bar invites lovebirds to embark on a romantic culinary journey priced at AED 450 per couple, to celebrate love. Nestled in ME Dubai Hotel, the chic, Manhattan-style wine parlor is offering a 6-course set menu complemented by 3 glasses of alcoholic beverages per person.
The specially curated set menu features a selection of flavourful delights, designed to entice the tastebuds. Guests can begin their culinary adventure with an amuse bouchée featuring Dibba Bay Oysters with raspberry vinegar and shallot. The appetizers include the Strawberry Carpaccio with Stracciatella and basil infused oil, Tuna Ceviche with avocado and shrimp crackers. For the main course, diners can savour the Champagne and White Asparagus Risotto and the Tenderloin with confit Jerusalem Artichoke and Cherry Jus. Those looking to sweeten up their romance with an indulgent dessert, the Raspberry Lichee Sphere with Coconut Sorbet and Coconut Vanilla Meringue is sure to do the trick. Guests will also be served chocolate covered strawberries as a petite-four at the end of the meal.
