Crafted by Executive Chef Margarita Vaamonde, the new lunch menu is a celebration of migration, memory, and bold reinvention—hallmarks of Soul Kitchen’s philosophy. “We wanted to make “LéLa Cuisine” more accessible during the day,” says Chef Margarita. “This lunch menu is a condensed expression of our identity—approachable, flavorful, and deeply rooted in both heritage and innovation.”
Guests can begin their culinary journey with standout starters like the Ceviche Tabbouleh, where sherry fish meets herbaceous tabbouleh, or the Hummus Chimichurri, a vibrant Lebanese dip infused with Argentinian flair. Vegetarian options like the Eggplant 3 Ways and the Fennel & Apple Salad offer bold, textural contrasts that reflect the menu’s diverse roots.
Main courses include inventive dishes such as the Caribbean Red Snapper, served with plantain pineapple purée and coconut sofrito, or the SK Steak Frites, a crowd-pleaser with house-made fries, chimichurri, and béarnaise. For those craving a plant-forward plate, the Marinated Cauliflower Steak is packed with flavor, combining chimichurri, ajo blanco, and citrus for a refreshing finish.
To end on a sweet note, desserts like the Halawa Cheesecake Mousse and the indulgent Chocolate & Coffee Tres Leches continue the fusion narrative, blending comfort and creativity with each bite.
