Statement by H.E. Ali Salem Al Kaabi

H.E. Ali Salem Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), reiterated the UAE’s unwavering dedication to comprehensive and sustainable development. H.E. stated that the country’s remarkable journey, initiated by the founding fathers and continued by our wise leadership, has transformed the UAE into a nation of peace, prosperity, security, and happiness. H.E. said: “By upholding its core principles and values, the UAE has emerged as a global model for tolerance, coexistence, and inclusivity. These fundamental principles have propelled the country to the forefront of various sectors and ensured the well-being of its citizens and residents.”

On Eid Al Etihad 53, H.E. said: “As today marks the 53rd anniversary of the UAE’s formation, we celebrate the legacy of giving that has been passed down through generations. December 2nd marks a significant occasion to reflect on the ‘Spirit of the Union’ and the enduring legacy of our founding fathers, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his brothers. Our founding fathers laid the foundation for our nation, which has become a global model in various fields as well as a beacon of progress and prosperity. Today, we proudly showcase this remarkable achievement to the world.”

H.E. emphasised that Eid Al Etihad 53 marks a significant milestone in the UAE’s journey of development. This achievement is a testament to the tireless efforts of our wise leadership His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi. His Highness’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the well-being of the UAE citizens and residents has propelled the nation forward.

H.E. further stated: “The enduring legacy of our founding fathers continues to inspire our nation’s journey of growth and advancement as we confidently move towards building a prosperous future. Through unity and collaboration, we aim to strengthen the UAE’s position among the advanced countries in the world.”

On the momentous occasion of Eid Al Etihad 53, His Excellency conveyed his sincere greetings to – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi; and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

H.E. also extended his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court; as well as Their Highnesses, the members of the Supreme Council of the Union, the Rulers of the Emirates, the Crown Princes, the Deputy Rulers, the Sheikhs, the Ministers, the officials, and the people of the UAE. H.E. wished all of them good health, happiness, prosperity, and stability.
