Summer Continues at Brach x Kalios’ 1st Floor Terrace in Paris

Since opening this spring, the 1st Floor Terrace – Brach x Kalios has established itself as one of the season’s most sought-after destinations. A hidden Greek escape nestled on the first floor of Brach Paris, where guests linger over a drink, share mezzes in the sunshine, and, for a few hours, forget they are still in Paris.

Following its great success, the terrace is extending the season and will exceptionally be open seven days a week, for both lunch and dinner, from 1 to 23 August. Wonderful news for everyone staying in the capital and dreaming of a taste of the Mediterranean.

Conceived as a meeting point between Kalios’ sun-drenched art of living and Brach’s distinctive elegance, this discreet terrace instantly transports guests elsewhere. Beneath billowing drapes dancing in the breeze, surrounded by light wood, natural linen and touches of Aegean blue, the atmosphere feels more like a hidden address in the Cyclades than a Parisian hotel.

On the menu, Chef Adam Bentalha takes guests on a culinary journey through Greece with a generous, sun-filled selection of dishes. This summer, he is expanding the menu with a selection of barbecue-grilled souvlakis – beef, chicken or octopus – served alongside Kalios’ signature sharing mezzes, paprika-marinated octopus with Feneos fava cream, sea bass crudo, heritage tomatoes with feta, and desserts inspired by Greek flavours, featuring yogurt, pistachio and olive oil.

The new cocktail creations extend the escape with notes of mastiha, thyme, orange blossom, lemon and honey, best enjoyed during the golden hour as the light gently fades over the rooftops of Paris.

While many venues close their doors throughout August, the 1st Floor Terrace – Brach x Kalios stands out as the perfect retreat for Parisians longing for a holiday: a leisurely lunch, dinner with friends, a drink at sunset… a place where Paris feels like a Greek island.
