DUBAI, UAE — INFINITI Middle East, has announced the appointment of Albert Khreiche as its new Managing Director. Khreiche moves to INFINITI in the region from his role as Director of Sales and Sales Planning at Nissan Middle East, and will be reporting to Thierry Sabbagh, President of Nissan
