Tempting new dishes and drinks to try at 3Fils
For Dubai diners looking to delight their taste buds with something different this month, waterside dining destination 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour has introduced two new limited-edition dishes and three refreshing beverages to its menu.
Serving up indulgent flavours the new ‘Unadon’ presents a donburi bowl of unagi no kabayaki (grilled Japanese freshwater eel) drizzled with an umami-rich unagi tare and topped with crushed crispy garlic, lime zest, and spring onion on a bed on white steamed rice sprinkled with plum sesame seeds. Priced at AED 119 per portion, this dish packs a flavoursome punch.
Next comes another new dish called ‘The Cure’ (AED 55 per portion), with maitake mushrooms dipped in tare and grilled over Japanese oak charcoal, drizzled with wakame oil (seaweed), all sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with chives.
Quenching the thirst of diners, 3Fils’ three new beverages offer up a variety of flavours to suit different tastes. In collaboration with the creators of Yala Kombucha from Abu Dhabi, 3Fils presents three unique flavours of kombucha. Each bottle is meticulously crafted using a special kombucha blend that complements the distinctive menu of 3Fils, particularly pairing well with brews, herbs, and fruits. The exclusive flavours consist of Coffee, which offers a harmonious fusion of coffee and tea, Berries – a delightful combination of assorted berries and tea, and lastly Ginger and Lemon – a refreshing blend featuring lemon, ginger, and tea. Each bottle of 3Fils Kombucha is priced at AED 42.
