THREE CUTS Steakhouse & Bar is inviting diners to celebrate the festive season in style with a series of exclusive Christmas and New Year’s programs, featuring gourmet dining experiences, carefully curated menus, and an atmosphere of warmth and celebration.
This holiday season, THREE CUTS introduces a Christmas Set Menu (AED 390 per person), designed to delight the senses with a selection of festive flavors. Guests will begin their culinary journey with an Amuse-Bouche of Cranberry Yoghurt served with Sourdough, followed by a choice of exquisite starters, including the Fisherman Soup with seabream, salmon, mussels, and shrimp, the refreshing Winter Salad with Fig & Snow Cheese, the Smoked Salmon Platter, and the indulgent Scallop Foie Gras with Grape Chutney.
For the main course, diners can choose between a Turkey Roulade, featuring “Pomme Duchesse”, rainbow carrots, sticky cabbage puree, and turkey jus, or a premium MB4+ Beef Medallion served with potato gratin, green peas puree, and red wine jus. The festive experience concludes with decadent desserts such as the Jaffa Cake, combining ladyfinger sponge, chocolate mousse, orange jelly, and orange anglaise, or the classic Forêt Noire cake with black forest cake, Chantilly cream, and cherry filling. Starters and desserts are served for sharing, while mains are individually selected.
Looking ahead to New Year’s Eve Celebration – À la carte dining, a live DJ, and a festive beverage package from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM at AED 375 per person – an elegant way to welcome 2026.
