The UAE Ministry of Education has announced the extension of remote learning for all students, teachers, and administrative staff until Friday, April 17. The decision applies across all educational institutions, including nurseries, kindergartens, and both public and private schools nationwide.

Authorities said the measure will remain under continuous review, with weekly assessments to evaluate the situation and determine any further adjustments.

The Ministry also confirmed that schools had already been provided with a detailed remote learning framework for the third academic term. The plan focuses on maintaining uninterrupted education through flexible schedules, structured lessons, and ongoing coordination between schools and parents.

Officials emphasised that the approach aims to ensure academic continuity while supporting students and families during the extended remote learning period.
